Access is via the slip road off the A690 westbound immediately before Millburngate Bridge.  Follow the slip road under Millburngate Bridge, along Freeman’s Place, turning right between the Premier Inn and Freeman’s Quay Leisure Centre, you will see the entrance to the car park immediately ahead.
